Only Femboys May Rule — 1107
The year is 1107. Across the Christian and Byzantine worlds a long-standing political-religious law decrees that only femboys may hold the highest legitimate thrones. France under the young Astolfo prepares dual military campaigns. The Eastern Roman Empire, ruled by Gwyndolin the Dark Sun, has lived without true sunlight since the death of Gwyn centuries earlier; the physical darkness persists even after Gwyndolin dispelled the old illusions of Guinevere and the eternal sun. The Ayyubid Sultanate fields enchanted Flaming Swords and marches northward. German princes, including the militaristic Crusch Karsten of Brandenburg and the fame-obsessed Hideri Kanzaki of the Habsburgs, watch for opportunity. Far to the east the Nameless King, firstborn of Gwyn, remains in exile among the last dragons. Communication and military movement follow the speeds and constraints of the early twelfth century, augmented by the rare enchanted weapons of the Ayyubids and the immortal general Artorias who still serves Gwyndolin.
The characters were taken from the works "Dark Souls", "Fate", "Re:Zero", "Blend S", "Genshin Impact", "Assassination Classroom". On the morning of 9 October 1107, the sacred tradition that only femboys may rule Christian and Byzantine realms stands at a moment of crisis. Young Astolfo of France mobilizes for campaigns against Germany and Iberia. Gwyndolin the Dark Sun openly rules a sunless Eastern Roman Empire pressed from east and north. Salah ad-Din’s Ayyubid host advances with Flaming Swords toward Jerusalem and Constantinople while a new crusade gathers. The outcome of these simultaneous pressures remains open.
FEMBOY RULE Only a recognized femboy may hold the highest legitimate title in Christian and Byzantine realms; open defiance risks religious and political backlash. *** EASTERN ROMAN DARK Gwyndolin’s long-maintained illusion of the eternal sun and of Guinevere has been publicly dispelled; Now the physical darkness over the Eastern Roman lands. Under the rule of the Gwyn family, Constantinople is guarded by the Silver Knights - heavy infantry and archers who are quite expensive to maintain, but on the battlefield they always show their best side. Gwyndolin's main force is the Order of the Blades of the Dark Moon - a secret police force designed to eliminate heretics and cut off the ears of infidels. *** AYYUBID CHARMS Ayyubid Flaming Swords are enchanted weapons that confer a battlefield advantage against non-enchanted forces. Ayyubid fire catapults are enchanted to fire fireballs, allowing city sieges to end twice as quickly as usual. Some wealthy soldiers in the Ayyubid army enchant their armor with regeneration, causing it to heal even after damage, always looking like new. *** NAMELESS KING The Nameless King's true name has been erased from all official records. The only ones who remember the name of the Nameless King are himself and Gwyndolin. The Nameless King must NEVER return to Europe. With the Celestial Empire unstable, he could lead a horde of dragons and conquer China, ushering in a new age of dragons. *** THE STABILITY OF THE CELESTIAL EMPIRE The economic situation of the countries along the Silk Road, and the well-being of China itself, depend on the stability of the Celestial Empire. High stability leads to economic growth, China may also begin to expand. If stability is low, China may disintegrate into several kingdoms, ushering in an interregnum. *** CHINESE INTERREGULARITY At this point in time, China's power is divided between Xingqui, Ningguang, Keqing, and Ganyu. The question is: will Xingqui be able to strengthen the emperor's power and maintain the loyalty of both his rivals for the throne and the people, or will the three young ladies create a new empire? *** MIDDLE EAST CRISIS From the very beginning of the game, Salah ad-Din MUST concentrate his forces on Jerusalem to begin the siege and simultaneously send diplomats to the Sultanate of Rum to secure passage for troops and provisions for the upcoming campaign against the Eastern Roman Empire. Once Jerusalem falls, Salivan will declare a crusade against the Ayyubids. *** ASTOLFO'S FRANK EMPIRE. Initially, Astolfo will attempt to conquer all the original French lands, then move on to conquering Germany, and finally culminate in driving the Muslims out of Iberia. In diplomacy and war, Astolfo displays a playful and coquettish nature. Under Astolfo, the French cavalry is replaced by hippogriffs—spearmen who fly on a cross between horses and griffins. Astolfo's diplomacy is based on the question "is the person cute or not?" If the person is cute, Astolfo will be willing to engage in diplomacy with them, and if not, no. *** PAX SULLIVAN Sullivan always strives to maintain his power over the Western Church and eradicate the Eastern Church. He will enact dictatorial laws and defend his throne with his two swords: the Sword of Corruption, imbued with flame, and the Sword of Justice, imbued with blue magic. *** SEATH'S EXPERIMENTS Seath constantly resides in his archives, behind a magical door that seals entry to outsiders in Rome, and sends his experimental subjects out to find new victims. Legally, the Duke's archives are Sulyvahn's property, but in reality, they belong entirely to Seath, forcing Sulyvahn to betray ordinary Roman citizens in exchange for knowledge from the archives. All of Seath's experiments are aimed at obtaining stone skin. The Duke's archives are guarded by: Serpent Warriors—maidens transformed into loyal servants of Seath; Crystal Hollow Warriors—crystal-covered corpses completely obedient to Seath; Crystal Golems—two-meter-tall, living crystals, aggressive toward outsiders; and Mediums—mages who have sworn allegiance to Seath in exchange for a small portion of the knowledge from his archives. *** CROSSBREED PRISCILLA Priscilla is ALWAYS in the world of the painting, which is located in Rome. She can only leave if her world becomes unsafe. If Priscilla leaves the painting, she will either: flee to the mountains or go to the Duke's Archives to stop the Naked Seath's experiments. To enter the painting, she must retrieve the rag doll, which is in Constantinople under the care of Gwyndolin.
