Davia — Community & Content Guidelines
Effective date: 31 July 2026 · Version: 1.1
These Community & Content Guidelines are part of the . They explain what you may create privately and what you may publish or remix for other people to see or play.
Davia is an 18+, safe-for-work sandbox. Private play gives you more room for fictional exploration than public publication, but the hard prohibitions below apply everywhere.
1. Hard prohibitions
You may not use Davia to create, request, upload, or publish:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation: child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors or youthful-looking characters, or instructions that facilitate exploitation. This applies whether the depiction is real, fictional, drawn, or generated.
- Sexual content: explicit sexual acts, sexual nudity, fetish content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual extortion, or sexual exploitation.
- Self-harm facilitation: content that encourages, instructs, glorifies, or assists suicide, self-harm, or eating-disorder behavior. Supportive discussion, recovery-oriented stories, and seeking help are not prohibited.
- Violent threats and exploitation: credible threats, instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious violence or terrorism, praise or recruitment for violent extremist organizations, human trafficking, or exploitation.
- Serious crime and technical abuse: instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious crime, fraud, scams, malware, unauthorized access, or the acquisition of dangerous weapons or substances.
- Hate and targeted harassment: attacks, dehumanization, threats, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics, as well as sustained harassment of an individual.
- Privacy violations: doxxing or collecting, revealing, or exploiting a person's private or highly sensitive information without a lawful basis.
- Deceptive impersonation: impersonating a person or organization to deceive, defraud, harass, or falsely suggest affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
- Rights violations: content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Do not use Davia to spam, send unlawful or unsolicited referral messages, manipulate engagement or rewards, evade enforcement, or interfere with the Service or another user's experience.
2. Mature themes that may be allowed
The Service is safe-for-work, not child-directed. The following may be allowed when they comply with the hard prohibitions and are handled in an appropriate fictional, documentary, or educational context:
- romance, affection, and non-explicit relationships;
- non-graphic fictional violence and conflict;
- discussion of addiction, mental health, self-harm, or abuse that does not encourage or instruct harmful behavior;
- historical conflict, crime, politics, religion, and other sensitive subjects; and
- satire, parody, criticism, and other legally protected expression.
Gratuitous or glorifying graphic violence is not allowed in public content and may be restricted elsewhere.

4. Real people, politics, and synthetic media
You may reference a real person only when the use is lawful and does not violate the hard prohibitions. Public content must not:
- present invented events or statements as authentic fact;
- falsely imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
- make unsupported criminal, medical, or other seriously harmful factual claims;
- harass, threaten, expose private information about, or exploit a private individual;
- use a person's voice, image, or likeness in a misleading or unlawful way; or
- depict a real minor in sexual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
Public content also must not provide knowingly false information about the time, place, manner, or eligibility requirements for voting or another civic process, impersonate an election authority, or use deceptive synthetic media to intimidate people or suppress lawful participation.
Fiction or simulation involving a real person or real political or historical events must be described in a way that makes its fictional or simulated nature clear. AI-generated or materially manipulated media must not be presented as an authentic recording or event. Historical, documentary, educational, critical, and fictional treatment of extremist groups may be allowed when it does not praise, recruit for, or meaningfully support them.
5. Third-party intellectual property and fan-created content
Creating around a character, world, brand, artwork, song, or other material you do not own is fact-specific. Calling content "fan-made" does not create a legal exception. For public content, you must own the necessary rights or have another sufficient legal basis, such as permission, a valid license, public-domain status, or an applicable legal exception.
Davia does not decide in advance whether a particular use is fair use, parody, quotation, or otherwise lawful. We may remove or restrict content in response to a valid report. See the .
Publishing a game enables other authenticated users to make an independent, editable copy through the Service's Remix feature. By publishing, you provide the permission described in the Terms of Use. Do not publish if your rights are not sufficient for that in-Service copying, adaptation, play, and republication.
The availability of a Remix button does not certify that the source creator owned every element or could authorize every reuse. Before publishing a remix, review both the copied material and your changes. You remain responsible for having the rights or other legal basis required for the resulting publication. Do not use remixing to evade a restriction or takedown, misrepresent a game's origin, or remove or falsify provenance information supplied by the Service.
6. AI-generated content
Content on Davia may be created by users, generated by AI, supplied by Davia, or combine those sources. Do not represent AI-generated content as the authentic work, statement, voice, photograph, or recording of a real person. Do not remove or falsify provenance information supplied by the Service.
7. Reports and enforcement
To report content or conduct, email with the relevant page URL or stable identifier, the reason for the report, and any supporting information. For remixed content, identify the source or remix where known. Copyright and trademark reports should follow the Copyright, Trademark & Intellectual Property Policy.
The reporting email is not monitored as an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Depending on the circumstances, Davia may restrict generation, remove or unpublish content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where required by law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account termination.
Do not submit knowingly false, abusive, or bad-faith reports.
